Intel 9th Generation Core i9, Core i7, Core i5 launch in October

While the Intel’s 10nm Cannon Lake chips have been delayed until 2019, Intel is set to launch the 9th Generation Core processors i9, i7, and i5 chips which are designed using a refined version of the existing 14nm process on October 1st as per the reports.

It is also rumored that the new core processors will be delivered at higher clock speeds than the existing ones, and especially boost speeds across all cores simultaneously. The leaked news reveal that the company is set to kick off its latest generation with the flagship Core i9-9900K on October 1 which means we should expect to see these processors available in a variety of machines later this year.

Rumors have it that the mainstream flagship processor, Intel’s Core i9-9900K will be shipped with 8 cores and 16 threads, and it's the first Core i9 desktop processor to have include 16 MB of L3 cache and Intel’s UHD 620 graphics chip.
