Oppo new K-series smartphone with In-Display Fingerprint Scanner!

Oppo is reportedly launching new K-series smartphones, and it has released a poster teaser of its upcoming device on October 10. The company has named the device Oppo K1, and the smartphone has been listed on the official website of the company.

Recently 3 Oppo devices with model numbers OPPO PBCM10, PBCT10, and PBCM30 are listed on TENAA were certification, and reports have it that these three variants are under Oppo K series phone, which will be unveiled on October 10 as Oppo K1.

Oppo K1 will reportedly feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, and this first K-series device from the Chinese smartphone company uses a built-in 4mm large sensor under the screen that comes with a 3P lens combination and a Micro Lens microlens. It also packs a waterdrop screen, and the rear panel is designed using a gradient color.

The 6.4-inch AMOLED multi-touch display Oppo K1 comes in three colors - silver-green, blue and black. Under the hood is the an unspecified 1.95GHz processor paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM. The 4GB RAM comes with 64GB onboard storage, and the 6GB RAM variant with 128GB onboard storage. Oppo K1 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS and is fuelled by a 3500 mAh battery.

Coming to optics, the device packs a dual rear camera set up with 4K video recording support, LED flash. The primary sensor will be a 16MP unit and a 2MP depth-sensor. There is 25MP selfie camera for video calling. There is a Face Unlock feature on front-camera.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, WiFi, 4G, and has a 3.5mm audio jack, and Oppo K1 measures 158.3 mm x 75.5 mm x 7.4 mm and weighs 156g.
