Samsung Galaxy A9 has been launched, specs are here

Samsung will hold an event on October 24, and the Galaxy A9 will go official in China. The South Korean giant has sent out invites for the event, but the local sources claim that the Galaxy A9 (2018) will go official as the Galaxy A9.

Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is the world's first phone to be equipped with 4 cameras on the back including the main camera offering 24MP shooter with a bright f/1.7 lens, suitable for daylight and nighttime shots. While the The tele camera offers 2x optical zoom over the main camera and captures 10MP images, the 120° ultra-wide angle camera sports an 8MP sensor and finally, a 5-megapixel depth camera with an f/2.2 aperture.  There is a 24-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture on the front. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) comes with Face Unlock technology, apart from Bixby assistant and Samsung Pay.

The dual SIM Samsung Galaxy A9 sports a 6.3-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, and is powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset. It comes in 2  storage variants 6GB or 8GB of RAM and a 3,800mAh battery.

There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel and the connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (dual band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
