Samsung Galaxy F Series Foldable Phone expected to launch globally

Samsung has been working on a Foldable Smartphone from a year now and it is tipped to launch globally this year. The South Korean giant will be unveiling the Galaxy F series, for this foldable device. The latest leaked reports also reveal the device's model number, and the fact that it is being tested on carrier networks already. The key features of Samsung Foldable phone besides one external display and one internal display is that it will supported on 5G network. The high segment device bears the model number SM-F900U, and it will be accompanied with firmware version F900USQU0ARJ5. Samsung Galaxy F sports a main internal display is at 7.29-inches, while the secondary outside display packs 4.58-inches. It is likely to sport 512GB of storage and support dual-SIM slots, and come with a unique Android UI that blends well with its folding capabilities.

Samsung is likely to test the device in the global markets before entering into big volume production, and the company is likely to tease the device and reveal some details device at the Samsung Developer Conference (SDC) in November, which kicks off November 7.

"Samsung will strengthen its competitiveness in the mid- to long-term by leading innovation with the launch of foldable and 5G smartphones as well as enhancing its Bixby-based AI and IoT services," the company explains.
